"I've not exercised in a long time, is your class suitable for me?"

Yes! Yoga is the perfect exercise for someone looking to get back into shape, gain strength and increase flexibility. Kerry's classes are suitable for people at all levels of their fitness journey, from complete beginners to gyms buffs.


"How much time should I give myself before class to arrive?"

Please arrive 10 minutes before class, in order to set up your space and begin warming up.


"I have an injury and am worried about doing further damage by going to yoga."

Anyone with an injury should consult their doctor or a specialist before trying any new form of exercise. Each injury is different, but Kerry has helped many students regain mobility after years of suffering with a variety of ailments; from arthritis, to pulled muscles.


"What do I need?"

Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Your body temperature is likely to fall during our meditation session at the end of class, so bring warm clothes such as a cardigan or jumper. You are also welcome to bring a water bottle.
