Kerry began practicing yoga over 20 years ago, after the birth of her first child. After practicing for several years, she decided to take her yoga journey to the next level and began training in Dynamic Yoga. In 2008 she went on to study a Level 3 Yoga Diploma, with The British Wheel of Yoga, which she completed in 2011.
Kerry went on to teach yoga classes around Norwich, and continued her studies, first training to teach children and then as a Healthy Lower Back Practitioner. Kerry uses elements from all of the training she has completed over the years in her classes.
Specialising in Hatha yoga, you can rest assured that you will be getting a full body workout at one of her classes. She focuses on the strengthening of the mind, as well as the body, often finishing off her class with a relaxing meditation.
Kerry really enjoys attending Bikram Yoga classes in her spare time, to really get a sweat on. She is a mother to three children, and lives with her youngest now that the other two have flown the coop.
"A friendly class for all levels of experience. A good workout for the body and also the mind. Excellent tuition, with expertise. Fun and non-competitive."

"When I started with Kerry I was very much a couch potato, taking very little exercise and suffering from a constant back ache. After one year with Kerry, my back is much improved plus I genuinely feel better. As one of the few men in Kerry's classes I have never felt self conscious at all. Kerry has a great way of teaching and makes everyone feel welcome."

"I started yoga with Kerry a few years ago on the advice of a foot specialist after a recurring sports injury. Since then, although I'm still probably the least flexible in the class, I have noticed a marked improvement and have been injury free. Besides the physical benefits, many of the techniques learned provide me with the tools to calm my mind."
